If you want to join, join. If not, baby. We’ll be using about four and a half pounds of this pork shoulder butt that I got from Costco. I went ahead and rinse my meat. I’m starting to cut off some of the excess fat. Now, you can keep the fat on if that’s what you really like girl but I’m cutting mine off. I started cutting my meat into chunks so it can cook nice and evenly. We’re going to get started on our seasoning mix, a tablespoon of onion powder, one tablespoon of cayenne pepper, tablespoon of garlic powder, tablespoon of paprika, one teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1third cup of brown sugar. One teaspoon of ground cumin. Alright to our meat we’re going to go ahead and add a little bit of olive oil. Start rubbing these babies all over. Gonna start adding our seasoning all over. Top and bottom. You want to make sure your your meat is nice and seasoned. So we’re going to now add some liquor smoke. I normally like to add this stuff before I added my seasoning. But it’s okay no pasta now. We’re just going to sprinkle just a little bit. Just going to give you some really good flavor. Gonna tap that in. So we’re going to put our pressure cooker on the sear saute setting right now. Imma go ahead and be adding olive oil. We’re adding our pork in there. We’re going to sear on each side. So we’re going to be searing on each side for about two to 3 minutes. My husband’s already up in the kitchen because he’s like ooh what smells good? Now that our meat is nice and seared. We’re going to be adding one cup of chicken broth. One cup of apple juice. Of course I would leave this out and forget to sear these **** Okay so okay I’m just going to go ahead and sear it in a pan. Gonna be throwing one whole head of garlic in there. And half of an onion. We’re going to go ahead and close this baby up. A pressure cook on high for an hour and 30 minutes. Baby is ready. We’re going to go ahead and release. Alright, guys. Once it’s finished releasing all of the pressure, we’re going to go ahead and open this baby up. I’mma start removing the onion and garlic. What? Go ahead and remove some of the juice. See how beautiful that comes apart. Alright I’m just going to start shredding this baby with my tongues because this comes apart beautifully so if you just keep doing this it’ll go ahead and shred beautifully. Alright this is how my pork is starting to look now that I’ve shred it. So beautiful. Scrum delicious. Go ahead and start adding some barbecue sauce. Add your favorite barbecue. Mix that in there. I feel like mine needs a little more salsa. I’m going to be adding a little bit of sugar bologne. It’s taste test. Tried it without the barbecue like the meat just like that straight out of the you know pressure cooker. It tastes so good. So you can add the barbecue or you can even have it without the barbecue. It tastes good both ways. Obviously I’m a barbecue lover so of course I’m going to add the barbecue baby. We’re going to go ahead and make some sliders. We’re going to start cutting our Hawaiian bread in half. Just adding some mayo to my buns. And start adding some of the barbecue pulled pork. Gonna be a bomb **** ugh. So I melted a little bit of butter. We’re just going to go ahead and brush some on top of our bun. We’re going to pop these babies in the oven at 400 degrees just until the top part is nice and toasty. Alright guys so our buns are nice and ready. Nice and toasty. So I’m going to go ahead and remove the top part. We’re going to go ahead and add the coleslaw. I have some coleslaw here. No I did not make it. I just bought it premade. Just to make my life a little easier. You feel me all good? And just like that our sliders are ready.
