309K views · 22K reactions | Per your request, here is my carne asada recipe 👇🏼❤️ 2.4 lbs Beef Flap (my favorite places to buy high quality meat 🥩 will always be @costco or @samsclub ) 2 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt 🧂 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika 3 Large Minced Garlic Cloves 🧄 2 Limes 1 Orange 🍊 1/4 Cup Cilantro 🌿 I know it’s really simple. Some people add beer to their carne asada (and that’s fine but we don’t drink beer; therefore we didn’t have any). You can also add olive oil (or any type of oil) if you’d like. Tbh I don’t add oil. I just make sure to add oil to the grates before grilling but it’s up to you! Add your own touch to make it YOUR recipe.
