And doing it yourself is so easy! I cut huge 3 inch thick steaks weighing 32 oz!! So this works out to about $22 per steak and easily feeds 3 people. This would normally cost $100 plus tax and tip at a restaurant. Ungraded rib eye steak at Costco for $11.35 per pound Canadian or $8.17 USD per pound. Sure the AAA was $16.13 per pound or 11.61 USD per pound… but I want to make the best steak possible with the ungraded meat which is 42% cheaper. The ribeye is from Canada and is halal but it is just not graded.
